Texas State Railroad Steam Engine
The Texas State Railroad has a depot in Palestine, and the Bar-S Ranch is the perfect place to stay when you and your family come to ride the train.  You can take a ride into the past on the steam engine train and then continue the visit back in time when you spend the night in a building built in 1891.  The Bar-S Ranch has many authentic tools and implements dating from the late 1800's and early 1900's.  Come stay with us and take a short journey back into history.
